The three new divers of the Naval Forces, trained and certified about a month ago by the Naval Forces Diving Center, are also certified today by the Albanian Diving Federation. The Presidents of the Albanian Diving Federation, Mr. Igli Pustina, and the Chief Constable of Polumbar, Captain of the Third Rank, Lace Hila, handed over the evidence to the young pigeons.
